He played the comic relief part of a greedy and moronic laundry truck driver in those truck Breathless Mahoney hid in. After he discovered Breathless and her money he tried to extort half of it from her. Twenty five miles southeast of Dick Tracy city near the fictional town of Tinyville Ohio he stopped his truck with Breathless trapped inside until she changed her mind. However when he learned that she was tearing up all the shirts in his load he deceided to settle for five grand; while he was counting it out Breathless knocked him out and tried to drive away but ended up at the farm of B.O. Plenty when she ran out of gas. Tracy however was on the trail of the missing laundry truck and Pat Patton ended up collecting not only shirts which had fallen out on the road but the missing truck driver as well. Wetwash ends up in custody.
