In the orginal story she is implied to have been blown up with Molene; however as the recent Dick tracy version has brought several gangsters back from the dead with a stroke of the pencil {B.B. Eyes; Mumbles, Mr brIbery; Flattop Jones Sr, Angeltop } we may see this "reserection" of "El Tigress"...
Flattop Sr. and Angeltop haven't been resurrected. It's possible that El Tigress could return, if a subsequent creative team found that they needed her for the story they wanted to tell.
