Mrs. Koob was a woman who lived in Dick Tracy's city. She had light hair and freckles.
Mrs. Koob's husband was killed during a robbery. She provided a description of the killer to Junior Tracy, who produced a sketch of the suspect. Mrs. Koob later identified Jez as the killer.
