The Moon First Lady was the wife of the Moon Governor, the mother of Moon Maid, and the grandmother of Honeymoon Tracy. She was tall and had dark hair that she wore short. She showed skill at managing her husband's hot temper during the birth of Honeymoon in 1965.
Like the rest of the Lunarian race, the Moon First Lady abandoned Moon Valley at some point after the death of Moon Maid. They relocated to New Moon Valley, the exact location of which is yet to be revealed. The Moon Governor arranged for Honeymoon, Mysta Chimera, and Dick Tracy to visit New Moon Valley. The Moon First Lady was pleased to see Honeymoon, and was welcoming to Mysta.
It was during this adventure that Dick Tracy learned that the Moon First Lady's name is Liska.
