Mickey was a henchman and driver for B-B Eyes.
When Micky and his boss went to see why the house in which they had trapped Dick Tracy and Debby Thorndike hadn't exploded, Bea Thorndike knocked the gangsters' car into the basement doorway, trapping them. B.B Eyes decided to escape by going through the car floorboards. He knocked Micky unconscious and fled. Micky was arrested by the police when the car was retrieved.
