In 1938, the unnamed Mayor of Dick Tracy's city was a large man who was bald, with light-colored hair on the sides of his head.
Character Biography[]
Following Dick Tracy's apparent suicide during a delusional episode, Chief Brandon blamed himself for the detective's death. Brandon was prepared to resign his position as Chief of Police. The Mayor was able to dissuade Brandon, and Tracy was later discovered to have faked his own death so he could infiltrate the Johnny Ramm gang.

- The Mayor bears a resemblance to Mayor Fred Turner. However, Brandon addresses him as "Bill", indicating that it must be a different man.
