Kyle Baker is an American cartoonist, artist, and writer. He was born in Queens, New York in 1965.
Baker has had a long career in comics, working for Marvel, DC, and other publishers. He has won multiple Eisner and Harvey Awards.
Baker drew the tie-in comic for the 1990 Dick Tracy feature film.
In December 2017, it was announced that Baker would produce a variant cover for the first issue of the new Dick Tracy comic book from Archie Comics. That comic was never produced, but Baker did provide a variant cover for the second Dick Tracy miniseries from IDW.
