Joe Devlin (1894-1973) was an American actor. His birth name was Joseph Mathews.
Joe Devlin played Sam Catchem in the 1950s live-action Dick Tracy TV series. Prior to that, he had played police Sergeant Tim Brown in the 1945 serial Brenda Starr, Reporter.
