Vista Bill was the main character in a series of western films in which Vitamin Flintheart had appeared early in his career. Vitamin played Blowhard, Vista Bill's sidekick.
Years later, Vitamin's manager Coffee Grounds dressed as Vista Bill for a personal appearance with Vitamin.
