Dr. Erwin Waters was an accomplice of Big Brass. He was an older man with thin light hair whose eyes watered constantly. He was a retired veterinarian.
Big Brass killed Waters after Waters insulted Brass' girlfriend Crystal. Brass struck Waters over the head with his guitar, unaware that Waters had a heart condition. The assault killed Waters and Brass fled with Crystal.
