Dr. A.M. Dawn was a doctor in Dick Tracy's city. He had light wavy hair and wore eyeglasses.
Dr. Dawn treated Mr. Bribery and Ugly Christine after they were stunned by Moon Maid's paralyzing ray and nearly frozen in a snowstorm. Despite his professed gratitude, Mr. Bribery still stole Dr. Dawn's wallet.
The medicines that Dawn had left with Bribery were later discovered by Dick Tracy and traced back to the doctor. Dr. Dawn informed the police that he had been robbed, and he identified police sketches of Mr. Bribery and Ugly Christine as having been his patients.
