Adolph (last name unrevealed) was a wig maker in Dick Tracy's city. he had light hair and bushy eyebrows. He often smoked a tobacco pipe.
Sam Catchem approached Adolph to learn where a wig maker might acquire locally-grown human hair. Adolph provided Sam with a lead. Adolph was then commissioned to provide a wig to Dick Tracy, whose head had been shaved by the Hair Bandits.
